Modifies the Chamomile Brew potion durations to be more consistent with other in this series.

Gymkhinda's Chamomile Brew
Weak Chamomile Brew = 12 minute duration
Chamomile Brew = 24 minute duration
Strong Chamomile Brew = Half Day/48 minute duration
Henry's Chamomile Brew = One Day/96 minute duration
Brewing potions is tedious and time-consuming, so I changed the durations to be longer in most cases, shorter in some.
Modifies the Chamomile Brew potion durations to be more consistent with other in this series.
This mod is using Patch Table Files (PTF) so I have broken this mod down into a series so that you can overwrite individual mods without effecting the others.
For a full overhaul to make alchemy less of a chore, please see my other mod Gymkhinda's Alchemy.
