There is talk around the tables of the Emperor Charles Tavern that long-term tenant Johann Parler owes quite a sum of groschen to several craftsmen guilds and so is rumored to be planning on abruptly running out on his tenancy for hasty travels to Prague. This is the perfect opportunity for our Henry to jump at this rare lease offering and upgrade his lifestyle after months of turmoil and toil... Henry can finally get a taste of the finery he so desperately deserves!
Request - Remove (permanently) Johann Parler from the ECT apartment and enable Henry ownership of and free use (without disruption) of this apartment, including the use of bedding for sleeping and saving, chests for storage, tables for eating, etc.
Will be happy to support the modder who can create this mod as required. Further details can be discussed.
This mod would be comparable to the great work found in 'Lord of Trosky'.
