6. Talked to lady steph, got her money, asked where the armor is, bought a lock pick and picked the chest, got the armor, got the horse and got out.

*NOTES :- i took the liberty of taking the shovel leaning in front of the cart. so when you start the good thief quest and if you dont see the shovel in front of the cart dont panic. you already have the shovel.

After you download the zip file extract it using winrar or 7-zip. in the folder extracted you will find the .whs file. thats the save file. place the save file (.whs file) in C:\Users\[Your Windows Accountname]\Saved Games\kingdomcome\playline0 or whatever playline you are on.
since this game have choices and consequences, OP should've give more details on the save file like samidiedo post's questions, since #1 could affect the quest you later get on romancing theresa, and yes, horse part at thalmberg is really important as well, it changes some dialogue and some responds quest at rattay

I tested out running this save file without ANY of the mods you linked. Worked out fine. You are fully encumbered but it doesn't break the game at all. :)
