Most of the save files I've seen on this site usually have perks taken, skills increased, quests completed, good items acquired, ect. This save file is just the bare minimum needed to get passed the intro and to the mill outside of Rattay. Nothing else completed, nothing trained.
The only equipment you have is some food, starting cloths, a bow, some arrows, a sword, and a few potions. There is a basic suit of guard armor in your chest in the mill house that was needed to escape to Skallitz.
