Started playing this game a couple days ago and I'm in love, so I thought I'd start dumping my personal complexions here.
Just Henry and his sweetheart atm, I'll probably add more characters as I bump into them.
Henry's archive also includes an optional eye retexture. (makes them lighter)
20/04/2018 - Added Theresa!
01/05/2018 - Added a quick tweak to Lady Stephanie, updated Henry to 1.1.(Minor tweaks+removal of unnecessary files)

Installation:
Extract the archive into your Mods folder.
...\KingdomComeDeliverance\Mods\
Create it if it doesn't exist.
To uninstall, simply delete the folder(s).
