You have to install both Flowgraph_hook and Optimized Graphics Presets folder to your mods folder, then copy engine_ogp.pak into your engine folder and add a line in your pak file in data pointing to it ; engine\engine_ogp.pak (there is also a readme in the mod files) From there the settings should hopefully load in the game and allow to select performance improving options.
Much more stable FPS after installing this manually. It didn't seem to work with Vortex initially. My heapsize is set to 6291456 - which i took as 4x the recommended value for 8GB since I have 32GB RAM. Otherwise I changed nothing in the file itself and I have Shadows in game on Medium and everything else on very high or Ultra and getting 60+FPS everywhere on a RTX 3070. Most of all though, the frames don't look weirdly sluggish even when they're up above 60, which they did before.
Not sure why, but I didn't see any benefit from this. Tried both performance and standard, HD textures on and off, and fooled around with increasing VRAM and RAM values on the standard cfg. I have AMD R9 Fury 4GB, FX 9370 CPU, Steam version, already previously customized advanced graphics settings in game UI. I checked my mods and only "texture streaming improvements" mod seemed to have overlap with user.cfg that I updated to match. 🤷♂️

I'm playing on a Ryzen 5 5600 + RX 6600, and CPU usage never went above ~30-40%.
I've download the i7+GTX 1070 preset and renamed it as "autoexec.cfg". Changed some values to my taste.
Before that, I was stuttering a lot, even outside the villages, while CPU and GPU usage were pretty low.
