Installation: (no _fastload needed)
Download the file.
Extract the contents of the zip file.
Open "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance\Data" folder.
Put "zzz_terez_red.pak" in that folder.
Play the game.
