1.Download the file and unpack,your will get two folder.
2.copy and put all files in ipl_heads to data\ipl_heads.pak(use 7zip or winrar to open the pak files and replace the file in Objects\characters\humans\head\)
3.copy put all files in startup_characters to data\_fastload\startup_characters.pak (use 7zip or winrar to open the pak files and replace the file in Objects\characters\humans\head\)
