About this mod

A not-disappointing version of Sir Radzig's hood.

What does this mod do?
This mod changes the stats and description of "Sir Radzig's hood".

What are the changes?
In an attempt not to upset the balance of the game, I copied the stats from "Black-yellow hood", which are as follows:

Visibility 64
Conspic. 72
Noise 40
Charisma 18
Price 611.6

Durability of 40 as well as 1/1/1 defence remains unchanged. I also gave it a unique description, which reads:

"An exquisite red hood, adorned with the Skalitz crest. It was a gift from the Tailor of Skalitz to Sir Radzig of Kobyla, in gratitude for settling a long forgotten dispute. He never wore it, and he won't even notice that it's gone."

Why did you make this?
It needed some love, so I gave it some.

The theory is that Sir Radzig was supposed to wear this hood, but after they decided to give him the red scarf instead (so his visual design rhymes with Henry's) this item served no purpose anymore. Maybe someone was too attached to the design, so the decision was made to enable the player to obtain it through some locked chests in locations connected to Sir Radzig (Talmberg, Pirkenstein in Rattay) and to make some guards in Sir Radzig's camp wear it, so players are exposed to the design.

However, in the base game state, it's not even worth it to steal this hood, as it sucks.
With a Charisma rating of 7, the game almost punishes you for wearing it, it's not worth it to sell it, as it's worth a measly 18 Groschen, and the generic description on a unique item was causing me psychic damage. So I learnt how to mod the game to fix it.

I made this mod for myself, since nobody else did it before me. Maybe someone else will appreciate it, too.

How do I install it?
Drop the "radzig_hood" folder into /Mods/.

What are potential mod conflicts?
I made sure to work cleanly and not copy any tables. This mod only modifies entries that reference Sir Radzig's hood, so it should be compatible with any mod that doesn't also modify Sir Radzig's hood.

Special Thanks
Warhorse for making an incredible game and supporting their mod community, despite the game not being made with mods in mind. Can't wait for KCD2.
The House of Kobyla Armour mod, which I reverse engineered to learn how to mod this game specifically to make this mod.
