Works perfectly 1.9.6. Your repair kits will never break, and you can repair all items 0%-100%
1. Direct download the Mod and unzip it in MOD Folder ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance\mods )
2. This will create the folder " Compatible_Repair_Kit-1262-1-0-1626162776 "
3. Open " Compatible_Repair_Kit-1262-1-0-1626162776 " and CUT the folder " Compatible_Repair_Kit " then paste " Compatible_Repair_Kit " directly into your MOD folder " C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance\mods "
4. Delete the now empty unzipped folder " Compatible_Repair_Kit-1262-1-0-1626162776 " (You can leave the Zipped mod in your MOD folder without any problems if you want to.
5. The mod now functions correctly, and has no known compatibility issues.
*NOTE - Do not install with Vortex, Mod Organizer, or any other Mod program. This Mod must be installed directly.
The reason mods don’t work in Hardcore mode is because there’s an additional file that overwrites the stuff in rpg_param.xml: namely “perk_rpg_param_override.xml”. So, if you want it to work in Hardcore mode, you also have to change the parameters in the above mentioned file.
I have 5 different games saved, 3 normal and 2 hardcore. Tested on all 5 saved games at different files, sadly the Mod only works at the normal mode files.
This doesn't work for me. Seems to be the wrong file. I believe it is supposed to be the perk_rpg_param_override file. Downloaded the other mod and edited that file and it works.
