Adds 2 guys to Rattay and Sasau to get random quests from
Rattay - Kill quests
Sasau - Escort quest. You will automatically fail these if you let the merchant get too far away from you.

1.6 - Added a bounty board in Sasau in front of the baliff building. He gives out escort quests instead of kill quests.
1.5.1 - Fixed knight duel bug. Added more loadouts for bandits.
1.5 - Added 2 more bounty types, which are group hunting quests instead of duels. These are harder naturally.
