The mod works, you just need to install it differently from what the description sais (Steam version):
You extract the mod, and check the .pak file's name. -Create a folder in the game's Mods folder, and name it after the .pak file -Create an a new 'Data' folder, within the one you just created -Place the .pak file in that Data folder - you should have something like this: ..\(game folder)\Mods\zzz_whatever\Data\zzz_whatever.pak
With this method you can make several outdated mods work that is supposed to be installed like this one's description claims
I hate CA, but i like sharpening, if it is done well and not excessively(as in this drunk effect). it is sortof needed in games, as antialiasing slightly blurs the image, so i like to use a little reshade sharpening to counteract AA blur
Yes. Sharpening is the only thing you can rely on ever since so many games these days use FXAA or TXAA instead of the good old SMAA (the proper AA). These cheap AA's these days just blur the image rather than make it clearer... By the way, it would make more sense if the game had sharpening except when you were drunk, where you would see things blurry then.
