About this mod

This mod aims to fix some of the silly things about kenshi's combat and create a balance between quality/quantity of combatants.

Permissions and credits
Changes to gameplay;

Max faction size: 256
Max squad size: 256
Max squads: 256

Weapons no longer deal increased damage with fighter skill. A sword cuts just as well in the hands of a newbie.

Max attack slots: 8,  This means combatants can fight 1v8 without standing around doing nothing.

One strike can only damage one person. (This also creates a weird side effect where wide swings might hit an unintended target.)

Toughness no longer grants super human resistance to damage. Because wuxia martial arts is bullshit.

Toughness no longer allows characters to fight with -70 in main body parts. -10 means coma for everyone. Nobody is immortal.

Results;
In the end, these changes manage to make quantity approach viable. A single guy can no longer take out a horde of militia forces. If you are like me and like to create castles and large factions, you would find this enjoyable.
You might want to mess with squad sizes in game settings to change the flavor.

Notes;
Normally, as characters level up, they get better at  attacking, defending, damage dealt, damage resistance etc. This creates an exponential growth that basically makes new characters worthless. It almost reduces the game to stat grinding imo.
This way, high level characters can still be good at attack and defense. Yet, against large numbers, they can be overwhelmed and lose.
