Since we don't have anything for this on nexusmods, I've decided to make my own.
You can buy the blueprints at Adventure Shops and Clothing Shops, then craft them at your clothing benches.
Bugs/Issues
I've set the crafting time to 2 hours and the cost to 2-6 fabrics but the game crafts them immediately and for only 1 fabric.
I don't know how to adjust this in the FCS but it's not a big deal.
