The Forgotten Ones - Recruit able Error Skeletons and Town Takeover

I saw a similar mod in steam but didn't find it here, this was one of the first changes I made when I noticed a lot of mods are not in here and started to mod for myself, after figuring out how to make a town take over I decided to upload a simple version of this myself.
You need the item Authentic Skeleton Repair Kit to prompt this dialog, I placed one inside the lab.
Dialog:
1: Add robot with edit option
2: Prep town take over, ally player with broken ones;
you need to leave the town area,
ie to desert, then when you return, the town will load and be yours, for building etc...
3: Add robot without edit.
change list:
