Changes:
-Training dummies's training cap goes from:
Mk.I : 6 to 9
MK.II : 11 to 18
MK.III : 16 to 35
Aditionally,
Thief Training Boxes MK.III and Training Turret III have their outputs increased from 31 to 35.
Even more, Assassination Dummy has it's MK.III stat increased from 30 to 35.
This is technically a cheat, however, it was made to make dummies and training thingies more useful.
