USE THIS MOD WITH THE 256 MAX FACTION SIZE MOD.
This adds an OP start as an ally of the UC and the TG. Your starting squad is extremely large(85 characters)and extremely OP(10-95 stats). My goal was making an RTS start, so that you could lead a few military companies around the world, just as the AI does.

You start with soldiers, farmers, engineers, citizens, and merchants.
Including:
-1 Noble with mid stats(Supposedly you), wearing nothing
-4 Samurai Royal Guard(OP 80-95 stats, your own guard), Samurai set
-4 Samurai Sergeants(OP stats), Samurai set
-24 Samurai Combatants(OP stats as for common soldiery), Samurai set
-12 Samurai City Guards(OP stats as for guards), Samurai set
-1 Samurai General of The Army(Extremely OP guy), Samurai set
-2 Samurai Marshalls(OP guys, not as OP as the General), Samurai set
-4 engineers(High engineering and science), some clothing
-8 farmers(High farming and cooking skills), some clothing
-3 Military Doctors(High athletics and med), some clothing
-3 blacksmiths, some clothing
-12 citizen conscripts(≈35 stats for almost everything), some clothing
-3 noble merchants(high strength and athletics), TG uniform
-4 bulls filled with building materials, books, cactuses, food, iron and copper plates
Only the blacksmiths exceed the 100 lvl cap(110 stat +randomizer).
Most of the samurais are better skilled at using katanas and polearms.
Combatants and higher ranks use Edgewalkers' weaponry(mostly katanad and polearms) and masterwork armour. Conscripts and lower(citizens) use Skeleton Smiths(and Edgewalkers) weaponry and high-masterwork armour.
If you're looking for challenge - this start is not for you. Looking for a "Noble-guy with a whole army who can launch up to 4 well built indestructible assaults around the world at the same time and keep all his neighbours in fear" start? Then it's what you're looking for.
You start in Heft, and you have no electrical components, so I'd recommend buying some.
