About this mod
This mod aims to add some neutrality to the otherwise overdone and bright graphics. Also gets rid of that god forsaken yellow tint that comes by default. Gives the game a "realistic" feel.

Installation:
Extract the JC4RSRT.zip file
Drag the JC4.ini file into your root game folder
