Added faster speed stats to the standard JW 4x4 Jeep. DPG/DFW jeeps unaffected - they will have different stats applied to them in the future.
I have been in this place before.
Makes cars go way faster, adjusts friction and maximum angles/handling to greatly lower the chance of flipping over at these speeds. Only affects Ranger jeeps.
