Added a Config file to allow the enabling and disabling of features.
The wildland mod.
Allows foliage to be painted over buildings, paths and fences. You can still remove foliage and paint dirt on manually around buildings for that vanilla JWE 2 look. Not advised for general building - mainly useful for when you need something like this.
