I figured it out and I finally added the quills crest ! I hope you will like it !
However, I cant make it a new species yet ! I'm still stuck and I'm waiting for someone to eventually help me :/ (cf: Update 1)

Update 1:
Thanks to phillyZT2 good avise, I decreased the size of the eyes and I personally found it much better now !

I already saw that, sometimes, the blink animation is a little bit "wiggly" but I don't figured it out yet how to fix it, I'm sorry in advance !

I'm trying to make it a new species but for now I'm stuck in the process ! I'm following step by step the Harlequinz Ego tutoriel but I'm stuck at 32:25, when I reopen the main file after I deleted the icondata and lua we don't need (acrocanthosaurus and herrerasaurus), I get an error that say "'SizedStringEntry' object has no attribute 'ext' and I can't unpack anyfiles... I'm stuck ! If someone can help me figured it out, it'll be awesome !

Replaces Troodon with Ornitholestes ! This is my first trial with blender and substance painter and I hope you like it ! I know it is not perfect but I'm happy with this first "test" ! 

The skin is inspired by Walking With Dinosaurs, I don't figure it out how to add the feathers crest yet !

I really don't know how to make it a new species for the moment...

Secrets of Dr Wu DLC is require for this mod.

Installation :
Copy and paste the files into : Steam\steamapps\common\Jurassic World Evolution\Win64\ovldata\ContentPDLC1/Dinosaurs/Troodon
