Replaces vanilla Giganotosaurus with edited version of Giga with concept Malusaurus/Irex skin.

Skin was based on the early concept art of Malusaurus aka Indominus rex:

What this mod also has included are:
- Audio edit - I've deepended a little all of the Gigas roars to sound more like an actual bulky adult creature you do not want to mess with.
- Own Standard size Icon
- Added a toe thumb - Giga has a toe thumb like rest of the carivores I do not know why Frontier did not add them.
