Replaces the Ceratosaurus with a fictitious, and perhaps slightly familiar, theropod dinosaur.

Prasinosaurus testudophagus (turtle-eating green reptile) is a species of bizarre ceratosaurian theropod native to a small island off of the coast of southern Honshu. Prasinosaurus are characterized by their bulbous snouts, toothless jaws, cervical osteoderms and prominent carapaces. They subsist primarily on anthropoid turtles, though they can easily be substituted with goats, small dinosaurs and human beings. Totally not a response to some recent JWE news. (jokes aside, yes, this was made with the JWE:CE Switch reveal in mind, the mod's release was timed to coincide with the news breaking over an official channel)
As this dinosaur replaces the vanilla Ceratosaurus, it should be compatible with a vanilla game.
Though a backup is included with the download, it still won't hurt to backup your existing files! To install, copy/paste the files in the 'PrasinosaurusPublicRelease' folder to the following directory:
steam\steamapps\common\Jurassic World Evolution\Win64\ovldata\Content0\Dinosaurs\Ceratosaurus
Do note that this mod comes with a small graphical glitch that has been retained for comic effect: when the camera is zoomed far enough away from a Prasinosaurus, its tongue will poke out of its mouth and stretch for several meters. This is not a major problem by any stretch of the imagination and should not affect gameplay.
