   The file is not a zip it's a rar file so how should i replace it?

      .Rar and .Zip function the exact same way. Just unpack it/open it and drag the required files out of the archive.

   I made a bug report. You can't replace dirt with grass under buildings, fences, and tour paths. Can this be fixed?

      That's a Frontier-side issue. Dirt is the default brush under buildings.
      My advice? replace it with sand.

   Hi ! Thank you for this, it was needed !
   Also, do you know if the mod tool is allowing some texture upscales for those ground textures ? (dirt, rocks, grass, sand)

      I really don't know. I'm the last person you should ask about how the mod tools work.
