The original design was not scary enough in my view. But it's a fine line to walk when trying to make a design meaner. Between actual natural beast and cartoon villain you're bound to lean on one or the other. Also the genetics say part rex, part raptor but the original head design really hasn't got much of either. So I tried to get some of them in there. Textures are made more rough with deep scratches and scars and more of a two-tone base with brighter belly and darker back.
