Nice work on the update. I almost though that Net forgot about Achelou when all of other dinos were getting updates, so I'm gald to see that Net did have plans for Achelou. So thanks to both of you for updating this mod.
I have a problem. The modding slot in this mod in the research menu, when there is more than two dinosaurs, will make the 3rd inaccessable. This same problem is for the Regaliceratops and Marapunisaurus mods. This means people cannot have more than 2 of these dinosaurs accessable at a time.
Thats a bug. Sometimes a dinosaur have only one pattern, after seperating it, and I think I dont know how to fix it. Maybe ill watch for a fix, lets see.
That was quick! Good job! Either there aren't different skins yet or they aren't working, but apart from it it looks fine. NetRaptor did a great job on the model and skin.

There are some excellent replacement mods by modders who can create great models, but maybe can't convert them into a new species. PutraDly answered a comment under the Maraapunisaurus mod where they said that they wouldn't mind if someone made it a new species, so it might be worth asking, if you want to realize more new species mods. I just think those mods look really really good :D
Hm... Maraapunisaurus could I probably do. But, I think the modding community of JWE is really cool too. We can work together, we can help each other. I really love this too. Especially because I'm just not that good at modeling, and modding is more my thing. I mean ... look at my Ostafrikasaurus xD Edit: I can do the Maraapuni, without any problems xD I have the Dr. Wu DLC, so it would be easier than I thought!

hmm how bout making other lesser known ceratopsians like Xenoceratops, spiclypeus, albertaceratops.
Be sure to ask the creator though. And also no pressure, it was just a suggestion :D
