To install simply place one of these saves into the save folder for JWE
default: C:\Users\%userprofile%\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Jurassic World Evolution

The important points of each folder:
The Folder "All unlocked, 100 genome":
1. Islands are not flattened, but every non-mission dinosaur is unlocked and is a 100 genome, you can't unlock mission dinosaurs without doing the missions,

The Folder "All unlocked, 100 genome flattened islands":
1. The Islands aren't totally flattened as to not ruin the feel of them, but there is plenty of room on each island to build!
2. Muerta East is not flattened.
3. 100 genome.
extra:
the "regular" subfolder has everything I mentioned in the parent folder above (All Unlocked, 100 genome flattened islands.)
the "day cycle unlocked!" subfolder has everything in the parent folder, but you are also able to change the time of day or use a day/night cycle!
(you can change it at the bottom in gameplay settings)

1. Islands are not flattened
2.Some genomes are viable at the start of the game, I can't change that.
