That Thanos dinosaur was named for the shape of his chin that looks a lot like that marvel character.
when you are developing that mod you need to give the mod that chin touch to hint at thanos name

  There are dinosaurs called Zuul (like from Ghostbusters) [ankylosauroid], Yoshi (like from Mario) [oviraptorid], Drinker (after a scientist, but oh the bad jokes) [small ornithopod], and Dracorex hogwartzia [pachycephalosaurid]. It wouldn't surprise me. What does is that there isn't a darthmaulosaurus [pachycephalosaurid, most likely] yet.
  
  Now just wait, because next you know, there's going to be dinosaurs named "Ahsoka" after Ahsoka Tano and [insert any of over a hundred names here] after something from How to Train Your Dragon. And as long as the name is somewhat fitting to the appearance of the species ("Ahsoka" would have horns of some kind, for instance, but not otherwise covered in any kind of spikes or quills), I would be just happy with that.

  That's news to me, the Yoshi thing. Last I had read about it (and, admittedly, Spinosaurus didn't have a fish tail back then), the genus name was being used for an Oviraptorid, and I found it hilarious that they chose to name one of those Yoshi. I guess they re-examined the fossils and found it to be a cat?
