Though the current tools that we have that allow for JWE modding do kind of allow for armature editing, the results of implementing a dinosaur with an edited skeleton into the game are not particularly glamorous.
This Struthiomimus here was changed to be half its vanilla size; as you can see, it being a lot smaller than usual is the least of its problems.
