Removes disguise restrictions, letting you change your disguise anytime.
To install, add the DisguiseAnytime folder to your RyuModManager mods folder.
NOTE: It's possible that some actions are not possible while using a certain disguise, such as playing minigames. If you think something that doesn't work should work, try switching back to the default costume.
