Reworks most of the UI to conform to 2017+ standards so users with 4K displays don't feel like they're playing a retro game.

Changelogs
Version 0.92
Replaced most of the textures which simply didn't work out and caused visual issues.
Version 0.91
Had to eliminate font/number graphics tied to Kamuro of the Dead.
By default, the majority (95%+) of the game's UI targets a 1080p spec. This mod will make the majority (95%+) target a 4K spec. Certain UI graphics which the game treats as fonts cannot be upscaled in the same way because all that happens is you get giant letters and numbers, but those instances are by far the exception to the rule.
Installation
Install Ryu Mod Manager and then extract this mod's archive into \Judgment\runtime\media\mods, same as most of the other Judgment mods you can find here.
Note
Although I finished the game and was able to determine the vast majority of textures which ended up displaying too large (or not at all), there remain a small handful. As far as I know, this is limited to "evidence" textures which first appear the moment Yagami receives them, but then can also be viewed in his smartphone. Since the extra detail remains useful in the latter case, I left them as is.
