How to install: (This works for emulators and for PS3)
Follow this path: dev_hdd0/game/BLJS10318/USRDIR/data/sim
Once you get there, make a backup of the original "dataRegion0.cpk" (place it on another folder or rename it). After that, you can put the file you downloaded on the "sim" folder and you're done.
