This mod was inspired by ToastedPerfection and NexusSchavi respectively.
As the name of the mod implies, all the animations are taken directly from Eyes of Heaven, with no other custom modifications.

This mod replaces some of the character intro animations in All-Star Battle R to those in Eyes of Heaven. Not every animation has been replaced, since a lot are either the same or have very minimal differences that may subjectively even be worse.
The animations that are changed in this mod are as follows:
Jonathan Joestar - Ripple (Hamon) sparks around his arms
Will A. Zeppeli - Ripple sparks around him, and his front hand is now visible and points down
Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli - Ripple sparks around his bubbles
Kars - an added effect to the swipe of his bone blade
Old Joseph Joestar - Ripple sparks around his Hermit Purple, and he ends with a lasting aura
Jean Pierre Polnareff - his fingers rise to his temple
DIO - different posing, and summons The World
Josuke Higashikata - summons Crazy Diamond at the end
Giorno GIovanna - summons Gold Experience at the end
Jolyne Cujoh - different camera movement, and summons Stone Free at the end
Enrico Pucci (Final) - completely different animation, and summons C-MOON
There are also a few optional files for the EoH intro animations that I personally don't care for (but you might):
Jotaro Kujo - Camera starts at his feet
Diavolo - No longer transforms behind the manga page, instead having his shirt block the camera view
Diego Brando - Steals the animation of EoH Diego Brando (Parallel World), The World (Part 7) not included
This mod should, unsurprisingly, be compatible with any game language. I am aware that there are currently missing sound effects to go with these new animations and effects, and I'll be making an effort to update this mod with those included soon.
