This mod amends the tilesets in JA2 V1.13 so that you can use Flugente's fortification feature in (almost) each outdoor sector.

The only exception to this are tilesets that use the Generic 1 tileset which is linked to all other tilesets and can potentially break every map in the game if you were to mess around with it.
