Kang Mission Fix

This mod fix debatable bug on last Kang's mission. If you disengage in the mini game of the last Kang's mission and then refuse to retry the mission on the triggered conversation, then you will have no more attempt to do the mission again. This won't prevent you to finish the game, but you will never know the true identity of Kang and also miss the last configuration fuel. So it's debatable, if it's a bug or it's not. Just copy the 4 NCS files to the override folder, and the bug is no more. If you have a saved game in that you already get the bug, you need to talk to Kang twice, and the option to fly to the Kang's windmap will be back.
