This mod retextures the 6 combat followers available in the game.
Thanks to elleung for letting me use their Sky head texture with a small edit.
Elleung's original texture: (w/ scar)

- Installation -
Step 1: Extract the "Follower Pack.rar" and then move the files from that folder into the Jade Empire "override" folder - which will likely be found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Jade Empire\override
Step 2: Remove the following .txb files from the override folder
N_Dawn01.txb
N_LiKui01.txb
n_prnces01.txb
N_Sagnew01.txb
Those files are the original textures and as long as they are in the override folder they will take priority over this mods files.
If the textures aren't showing up in game - that's probably the culprit.
