    This is a cool mod! Thanks! Anyone know how to change appearance to a lotus assassin? I was successful in creating the body, but he is headless...

      Haven't played it since years but you can't recreate any NPC. Most npcs have a combined body and head. The playable characters and some other NPCs have a separate body and head. Thus your issue appears.
