Correct Backpack orientation.

The one nitpick that have always had with ITR2 is that the backpacks could be used on their side. This mod resets the orientation of the backpack every frame so its always facing the correct way up.

Security Level 4 and 90 Million for Beta 2

I love this game, but the save wiping can be frustrating when you don't want to repeat the same missions from the start. So since many of the mods are not working in this patch yet and the save editor also doesn't work. I decided to do it myself, and I want to allow others like me experience the new stuff without the hassle of starting over again.
