Sry but 1.0.3 doesn't work, even i pick a new weapon from scavenging or craft a new one and it still share the same durability like unpatched one. i think i will stick with the 1.0.1 version that one work fine.
This mod control maximum durability and starting durability when you acquire a weapon. if a weapon you already own has maximum durability, it also applies to that weapon. I want to explain it more accurately, but sorry I'm not good at English.

Try removing other modes.
I tested with my mods, modmenu, survivor storage mode, and it worked fine.

this mod require mod menu mod to work
and incompatible with SttackModifier/SafeShelter mod
Also, checking the log at game\MelonLoader\Latest.log would help.
