Description
Disables "Cheated" flag. With the mod you can use game's console commands and still unlock Achievements.
The mod will also unflag your save file. Just load a save file and resave it while the mod is running.
(You will still get the message "Achievements are now disabled" after using a console command)
Requirements
Latest MelonLoader
Installation
1. Download MelonLoader.Installer.exe.
2. Run the MelonLoader.Installer.exe.
3. Click the SELECT button and select the HouseParty.exe from game's directory.
4. Select latest version of MelonLoader.
5. Click the INSTALL or RE-INSTALL button.
6. Download the latest release of the mod from the Files tab.
7. Extract and move the HPAchievementsEnabler.dll into the Mods folder in game's directory
Hint: Make sure your Firewall isn't blocking the game, MelonLoader runs as a module in the game and it needs to download some other module to be able to work with it.
How to delete your in-game achievements?
The in-game achievements (not Steam) are located in the file:
%UserProfile%\Documents\Eek\House Party\Achievements\Original Story\Achievements.log
The file stores achievement IDs that were unlocked in the game.
If you delete the Achievements.log file, you will be able to unlock the achievements again.
How to test that the mod actually works?
To test if the mod works, I'm using a save file that can unlock the "Rule 34" achievement with one click.
1. Download the save file from file section.
2. Unzip it into the save files location: %UserProfile%\Appdata\LocalLow\Eek\House Party\Saves\
3. Make a back-up copy of your Achievements.log and remove it from the ..\Original Story\ directory.
4. Load the "Rule 34 Achievement" save.
5. Use any cheat that would usually disable Achievements.
6. Look down at the penguin, interact with it and select "...Insert"
7. If you see the achievement pop-up and a new Achievements.log file was created, then the mod works.
