This is exactly what I have wanted for a very long time, with one exception: the cosmetics. If you could make a separate file exactly like this, but with access to the facepaint options and perhaps also the focus colors, that would be ideal. I don't really care about the focus colors myself, but perhaps someone else does who also wants an otherwise clean NG+ start.
