you need reshade for this mod here's a link: https://reshade.me/#download
to use reshade
run reshade.exe look through the game folder and find horizon zero dawn (horizonzerodawn.exe)
after clicking on horizon zero dawn (horizonzerodawn.exe) choose the option Microsoft directx 10/11/12 then insert my reshade file
once in game open reshade with the home key then in the top dropdown menu find my file and select it
then you're done ''if it's too bright fell free to tone it down''

in the browse tab press next then select sweetfx by ceejay.dk if it's not already selected. Then press next after that hit finish
