An "Heirloom" NG+ data, starting at Level 3 and with the inventory of a starter character.
The only difference is you will start with the Shield-Weaver and Adept Striker Bow.

This is NOT a savegame. This is the New Game+ data profile that the game uses to generate your character when you select New Game+ from the main menu.
If you already have an NG+ data profile, this will overwrite it. Make a backup if you want to keep your old data profile.
Only tested on the Steam version. I make no guarantees anywhere else.
Install:
First, (temporarily) disable Cloud Saving for this game.
You can (and should) turn it back on after you've started the NG+ and made a new save.

This will NOT affect your saved games. To uninstall, simply delete the newgameplusstartpoint0 directory or restore your backup.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to clear the kill stats. But I've done my best to minimize the number by skipping non-essential combat, sidequests, and letting allies get all the kills. The reason I worked to keep this number low is that there is a hidden mechanic in the game whereby the machines get additional armor plating as your kill count rises. You won't notice if you aren't looking for it, as the changes are very gradual.
To Use:
Keep in mind that as an NG+, you CANNOT change game difficulty once started.
How to disable Cloud Saving for individual games:
Follow the pictures.

- Adept Striker Bow (DLC NG+ version of the starting bow)
- 20 Hunter arrows, 8 rocks
- Shield-Weaver outfit (I like this suit, but the Outcast and Nora Brave outfits are also available)
- No modifications
- No metal shards
- No facial or Focus unlocks (unfortunately, this is saved in your game settings and is checksum protected)

1) Make sure your game is patched to the latest version.
2) Install the NG+ data profile as above, then start your game.
- Depending on how overzealous Steam can get, you may have to temporarily disable cloud saving.
3) If you don't already have a NG+ data profile, you will then see New Game+ unlocked for you.
4) Simply select that option, and play. If this is your first time playing the game, I recommend choosing Story, Easy, or Normal difficulty.
Keep in mind that as an NG+, you CANNOT change game difficulty once started.
