Place the save, load the game and level up last skill (machine master, bottom one). Achievement should pop up right after you do that.
Also, based on the comment section, with one save you can unlock all achievements that I already unlocked at that point. I would recomend you to use my save file once you are done with the rest of the achievements or you dont care about them that much.
