Installation
Navigate to --> \Steam\steamapps\common\Hollow Knight\hollow_knight_Data\Managed and move the mod file into the folder. Select replace when prompted.
Things to know
Always make backups of original files!
Not compatible with other mods that modify Assembly-CSharp.dll
Only tested with 3440x1440 other resolutions may work but I am unsure.
This game was not designed with ultrawide in mind. There will be minor visual abnormalities, mainly when using the menu. Pillar boxing will occur when coming to the edge of a room.
The mod will break if changes are made to the in-game video settings. configure them how you want prior to installing mod.
Be sure to run the game in Borderless mode. The mod will not work in fullscreen mode.
It may help to add -screen-height 1440 -screen-width 3440 (or your resolution) as a launch option in steam.
Uninstallation
Simply delete or rename the modded file and rename the original file's name to Assembly-CSharp.dll
