that is Hogward Legacy.
I wanted to add realism by adding cinematics effects
For RealVision 2.0 i use the mod "Ultra Plus Visual"

Installation:
Download and instal the latest Reshade from here.

Open my folder
Copy and paste contents of my folder into your Hogward Legacy
root folder.
In game, open reshade and select RealVision Preset.
Warning !!
Do not sell or copy my reshade without my permission...
