31B+ is going to a range of mods that I will upload on this page. The first mod is 31B. 31B sets all spell cooldowns to 3 seconds and changes the damage that "Avada Kadavra" does from 10 million to 1 billion.

31B+ is going to a range of mods that I will upload on this page. The first mod is 31B. 31B sets all spell cooldowns to 3 seconds and changes the damage that "Avada Kadavra" does from 10 million to 1 billion.
This is because, with the base spell damage (10 million), you can't instantly kill Ranrok. With this mod setting it to one billion, you should now be able to do so.
