This is probably the best it will get, for now. My edits only make whatever's really wrong less obvious. The real problem lies with a broken animation or some broken asset in relation to that animation. It may even be a broken skeleton, or both.
Only Avalanche can truly fix this, or someone brave enough to dig deep into UE4.
Thank you so much for the updates on this mod. I don't want a drastic change and I can't even remember what head I chose so your mod is perfect for me. I liked my face when I was in character creation but inworld I really hate it and there is no way to change it now - but your mod makes it a lot better.
I’m unsure if there are incompatible mods but this mod caused my characters head to constantly stretch and then I’d fall through the stage and die each time I was hit. Once I went through all my mods 1 by 1 this was the culprit.

Unfortunately, HL-543 aka the bug report the creator mentioned in the description, was marked as fixed by the devs when it definitely wasn't. Here's the link to that bug report.
I deleted it after the patch, but went back and installed it back ! Avalanche didn't fix it much, it's still off tbh, so thank you very much for your mod, it's a blessiing ! ♥
I don't think they *fixed* it but rather made some adjustments but the faces in-game are still off. Though I suppose bad lighting also is to blame here as the faces always seem to look better in cinematic cutscenes due to artificial/fake lighting on characters. I guess we have to wait for modders to come up with a better fix eventually.
Is there a way to change the face once the gameplay has started? I chose face 14 but I hate how it looks in the game I would like to change it to face 02 and put some mod on it
