Re-adds the electrocution phone from Hitman 2 but now in Hitman 3!

Installation Instructions
1. Make sure the Simple Mod Framework is installed, you can find it here.
2. Download the zip from the Files tab and open the Mod Manager GUI, use the Import Framework Zip button and select the zip you just downloaded.
3. Click the cog and choose what you want. The options are:

- DEFAULT New Entry - Adds the EPhone as a new REPO and Unlockable entry and adds it to your offline inventory.
- Replace Explosive Phone - Does exactly what it says on the tin, to make this work online you need to do some extra trickery.
