    Is there a way to make i work in Online? I hate how IOI stole 1 charge and made it useless.

      Unfortunately no, this mod only works offline.
      I know, this mod would've been more useful if it can be used in custom contracts, escalations and such but as far as I know, there doesn't seem to be a way to make this work online.
